Scheduling
We schedule our service to best accommodate the needs of homeowners and/or property managers. Homeowners will be provided either a specific appointment time or a two-hour “window.” Each commercial property contracted will have a specific day and time for their scheduled services. It is our goal to schedule services as early in the day as possible so that if additional services are needed they can be accommodated.
Emergency Service
All Innovative Pest Management personnel carry cellular phones so that they can be contacted directly by their customers and the office. Emergency service can normally be provided on the same day or following business day. Our personnel are empowered to provide direct service responses to their customers, affording a timely response to your pest management needs.
