Bed Bug Treatment
Heat Treatment | Chemical Treatment
An increasing number of homes, apartments, and even commercial buildings in the U.S. are facing bed bug infestations. Unfortunately, bed bugs are one of the most challenging pests to eliminate because of their unique ability to hide within cracks and crevices. These cryptic insects almost exclusively feed at night, and an infestation can often go unnoticed for quite some time. Innovative Pest Management has broad experience treating bed bug infestations, and will work with you to determine the best approach to solving your problem.
We offer two main approaches towards managing bed bugs: thermal remediation (heat treatment) and chemical treatment. Currently, the most effective and efficient means of eliminating bed bugs is using heat treatment. This green technique can be performed chemical-free, typically has a one day turnaround, requires minimal preparation, and quickly restores your piece-of-mind. Heat treatments require 8-11 hours to complete, two technicians for set-up and tear-down, professional equipment and electronic monitoring.
As an alternative to our heat treatments, we can eliminate low-level or new infestations through chemical treatment. Early-stage infestations can be resolved typically in 2-3 applications. An advantage of insecticides over heat is its lower price point, but more preparation by the client is required. Preparation prior to chemical application includes separately washing clothing and linens, and moving furniture from walls.
Regardless of which method you choose, our team of expert, friendly and knowledgeable staff will assist you in any way possible to ensure success of your treatment program. Preparation, free advice, and English/Spanish literature is available to arm you with the knowledge to pummel the little bloodsuckers!
